Akshay Kumar sold two properties in Borivali East, Mumbai. The first property was bought for Rs 3.02 crore and is now valued at Rs 5.75 crore, with a carpet area of 1,101 square feet and two car parking spaces. The second property was purchased for Rs 67.90 lakh and is now valued at Rs 1.35 crore, with a carpet area of 252 square feet.
The properties were sold and registered in June 2025, as confirmed by the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents.
The properties are located in the ready-to-move-in residential project Sky City in Borivali East, Mumbai, which spans 25 acres.
Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan also acquired multiple properties in the same residential project, Oberoi Sky City, in May 2024.
