Allcargo Gati Secures ₹169.28 Crore through Qualified Institutional Placement
Real Estate Mumbai:Mumbai-based express logistics firm Allcargo Gati Ltd has successfully raised ₹169.28 crore by issuing equity shares through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). The company's board approved the issue and allotment to successful qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of ₹101 per equity share.

The QIP saw participation from various investors, raising a total amount of ₹169.28 crore. According to Pirojshaw Sarkari, Managing Director and CEO of Gati Express and Supply Chain Pvt Limited (GESCPL), the funds raised will strengthen the company's financial position and support its growth initiatives across key segments.

The proceeds from the QIP will be invested towards technology, infrastructure, and deleveraging the balance sheet, paving the way for strong growth of the company. Sarkari added that Allcargo Gati is entering a new growth phase with a sharp focus on customer experience through digital innovation.
