The transactions for the new plots were registered on October 7, 2025.
The largest plot purchased by Amitabh Bachchan in Alibaug is 4,047 sq. ft and was acquired for Rs 2.78 crore.
Other celebrities who own properties in Alibaug include Suhana Khan (daughter of Shah Rukh Khan), Kriti Sanon, and Kartik Aaryan.
