Sodhi brings over 14 years of experience across hospitality, real estate-led businesses, and corporate environments. Her expertise spans talent management, leadership development, HR advisory, and organizational governance. She is recognized for building structured HR systems that support business growth while enhancing team performance.
Most recently, Sodhi served as Director of People and Culture at Fairmont Udaipur Palace. In this role, she played a pivotal role in the hotel’s launch, setting up HR frameworks, scaling hiring processes, and fostering a strong culture of engagement and operational discipline. Her ability to build and maintain high-performing teams has been a hallmark of her career.
Prior to her time at Fairmont Udaipur Palace, Sodhi worked with HSBC as Assistant Vice President of HR Advisory. Here, she managed employee relations, coached teams, and collaborated closely with stakeholders to resolve complex people issues. Her earlier roles include leadership positions at MRG Group and Marriott International, where she developed robust capabilities in hotel HR operations and talent development across multiple properties.
