The Mahim Police have registered an FIR under sections of cheating, forgery, and criminal breach of trust. The case has been transferred to the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) for further investigation.
The project, known as Sai Shraddha Skywest SRA, is ongoing. Ruparel Housing and its associates are alleged to have sold flats worth ₹275 crore without paying Mona Kiran Mehta her rightful dues.
