Apple has taken a new lease of 6,526 sq. ft. in Maker Maxity 4, BKC, Mumbai.
The renewed lease of 31,023 sq. ft. in BKC comes at a monthly rental outlay of ₹2.04 crore.
Apple’s total office area in BKC now stands at 37,549 sq. ft. after the new lease.
The combined agreements for the new and renewed spaces in BKC have a tenure of 55 months.
From June 2026, Apple’s monthly rental outflow for the premises in BKC is projected to rise to ₹2.55 crore.
