Mukerji has advised on high-value acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopment of prime properties across Mumbai, Pune, Thane, and beyond. She has conducted complex title due diligences, structured transactions under MOFA and RERA, and advised developers, multinational companies, funds, and asset managers on acquisitions, disinvestments, and large-scale leases.
