Arvind SmartSpaces Acquires 2.08-Acre High-Rise Residential Project in Bengaluru, Eyes ₹330 Crore Revenue

Arvind SmartSpaces, a listed real estate developer, has made a significant move in the Bengaluru real estate market by acquiring a residential high-rise project in Whitefield. The project, which spans about 2.08 acres, has an estimated top-line potential of ₹330 crore, the company announced in a regulatory filing on March 10.

The newly acquired project is located in the Nagondanahalli area of Whitefield and will have a total saleable area of around 2.5 lakh square feet. This acquisition marks the company’s 11th high-rise development in Bengaluru. It follows another high-rise project that Arvind SmartSpaces signed on Sarjapur Road in February 2026.

Whitefield, situated in the eastern part of Bengaluru, is a highly desirable location due to its proximity to major IT parks, multinational companies, and expanding social infrastructure. The area has seen significant growth in recent years, making it a prime location for high-rise residential projects.

Priyansh Kapoor, Managing Director and CEO of Arvind SmartSpaces, commented on the acquisition, stating, “The company has been actively strengthening its high-rise residential portfolio this financial year. With this project addition, our cumulative new business development topline potential for the year stands at about ₹2,840 crore, with the three new Bengaluru additions totaling ₹1,740 crore.” Kapoor further added, “Brand ‘Arvind’ continues to resonate strongly with homebuyers and landowners alike, and we look forward to adding new projects across Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and MMR.”

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited entered the Bengaluru market in 2013 and has since added 15 projects across the city. Six of these projects have already been delivered, while nine are currently at various stages of development. In 2024, the company announced a new housing project in Bengaluru with a total estimated saleable area of approximately 4.2 lakh square feet and a topline potential of around ₹600 crore. This project, undertaken on a joint development basis, is located on ITPL Road, near Whitefield in East Bengaluru.

The acquisition of the 2.08-acre project in Whitefield is a strategic move by Arvind SmartSpaces to capitalize on the growing demand for high-quality residential properties in the region. The company’s continuous expansion in Bengaluru underscores its commitment to delivering premium residential solutions and meeting the housing needs of the city’s growing population.
