Arvind SmartSpaces Aims for 35-40% Growth with New Weekend Homes Project Near Mumbai
Real Estate Mumbai:Realty firm Arvind SmartSpaces, headquartered in Ahmedabad, is on track to achieve 35-40% growth in bookings for the current financial year ending March 2026. This ambitious target is driven by several key project launches that were delayed last year and are now set to contribute to this year’s performance.

According to Kamal Singal, Managing Director of Arvind SmartSpaces, the strong outlook is driven by the company's strategic focus on high-growth segments and timely project launches. Despite a modest 15% growth in bookings in the previous financial year, the company has typically delivered a 25–30% annual growth rate. With the deferred launches now factored in, Singal expects the company to surpass its historical average this year.

Collections are expected to grow in line with fresh sales and project launches. After nearly reaching ₹1,000 crore in collections last year, Arvind SmartSpaces anticipates a modest increase of around 10% this fiscal, with collections likely to fall in the range of ₹1,000–1,100 crore.

In the April-June quarter of 2025 (Q1FY26), Arvind SmartSpaces reported a revenue of ₹102 crore, margins at 21.2%, and a net profit of ₹11 crore. This strong financial performance sets a positive tone for the upcoming fiscal year.

Arvind SmartSpaces is also gearing up to launch a high-end weekend homes project near Mumbai later this year. Spread over 98 acres and with an estimated topline of over ₹1,000 crore, the project is located beyond the Atal Setu (Mumbai 3.0 corridor) and will cater to affluent urban buyers seeking premium getaway homes. The project is strategically positioned to attract buyers looking for a luxurious weekend retreat close to the bustling city life.

Additionally, the company is making strategic inroads into the society redevelopment segment in Mumbai, with one project nearing finalisation and two to three more likely to be underway by the end of FY25. Singal said Arvind’s brand traction in the MMR region has been strong, and the company is focused on mid-sized redevelopment opportunities where competition is less intense.

Arvind SmartSpaces' current market capitalisation is ₹2,774 crore. The stock is currently trading at ₹606 as of 1:34 pm on the NSE and has declined 21% over the last year. Despite this, the company remains optimistic about its growth prospects and is committed to delivering value to its stakeholders through strategic project launches and market expansion.
