The SRA project in Worli is a Slum Rehabilitation Authority project aimed at providing housing solutions for the slum residents of Worli, a neighborhood in Mumbai. The project has been stalled for 17 years and is now being revived by Aspect Realty.
Aspect Realty is expected to hand over the 600 SRA flats in Worli by January 2026.
The total cost of the SRA project in Worli is Rs 450 crore.
Each of the 300 sq ft SRA flats will include a living/dining area, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a separate bathroom and toilet. The flats will be delivered with a full set of essentials.
Kedar Chapekar is the CEO of Aspect Realty, the developer responsible for reviving and completing the SRA project in Worli.
