Bali Villa for the Price of a Mumbai 1BHK: Shenaz Treasury’s Instagram Post Sparks Interest
Real Estate Mumbai:Living in metro cities in India can be expensive, often burning a major hole in your wallet. However, did you know that you can get a villa near a beach with a lawn and a pool in Bali for the same price as your rent for a 1BHK in Mumbai? Travel vlogger and actress Shenaz Treasury recently shared a post on Instagram where she revealed how her rental accommodation in the city costs pretty much the same as her friend’s villa in Bali!

The real estate prices in Mumbai, the City of Dreams, are often in the spotlight. From its questionable size to skyrocketing rents, that debate is never-ending! Now, Shenaz Treasury’s recent post on Instagram has made people wonder if moving to Bali is something they should consider soon! Why? “I pay more rent for my one-bedroom apartment in Mumbai than my friend pays for her villa in Bali,” Shenaz reveals in the video.

While her cozy Mumbai apartment is nice, her friend’s massive villa with a lawn and private pool is making people question the real estate prices of the city again! Giving a tour of her friend’s Bali villa, she shares that it is located just 10 minutes from a beach and has multiple rooms, lots of space, and a beautiful garden as well.

In the caption, Shenaz compares and shares the perks of living in Bali, as compared to Mumbai. “You can live in a villa with a pool for the same price (or less) than a 1BHK in Mumbai, London, or LA,” she shares. She further explains how it is great for people working remotely, as even the transportation and meals are cheaper, without compromising on the quality.

Shenaz also spoke about the abundance of cafes and wellness centers, better social life, more natural landscape, and overall vibe of Bali. She also mentioned that Indonesia is offering longer-stay digital nomad visas. This makes it easier for foreigners to settle for months or even years in cities like Bali.

Just like you, hundreds of netizens were intrigued by the idea of moving to Indonesia after seeing her post comparing Mumbai’s apartment rent to the massive villa in Bali. One of the comments on the post read, “Definitely the cost of living in Bombay is equal to that of London. Bali is definitely awesome, clean, and SAFE for global nomads.”

Clearly fascinated by the Bali villa, one of the comments read, “You are encouraging me to move to Bali.”

“Omg I need to move to Bali – paying so much rent and just waking up to horns and pollution here,” another one commented.

However, some people think it’s only a matter of time before Bali’s real estate prices also shoot up. “With the influx of people, Bali will also become expensive due to demand and supply when demand becomes high. It’s just a matter of time. Till then go and enjoy till it lasts. 4 din ki chandni fir andheri raat,” a netizen shared his two cents.

Well, we can understand why people are so eager to move to Bali! What are your thoughts about this? Let us know in the comments.
