The lease agreement is for 12 years, with an option to expand to 250,000 square feet.
The bank will pay rentals of over Rs 350 crore for the initial 160,000 square feet and up to Rs 600 crore if they expand to 250,000 square feet.
BA Continuum India will handle technology, application development, legal, compliance, and tax support services for Bank of America's global operations.
