The IPO amount for Knowledge Realty Trust is Rs 4,800 crore, which has been scaled down from the initial plan of Rs 6,200 crore after a pre-IPO fundraise of Rs 1,400 crore.
The IPO will open on August 5 and close on August 7.
Knowledge Realty Trust is scheduled to make its market debut on August 18.
The gross asset value of Knowledge Realty Trust is Rs 61,999 crore, making it the largest office REIT in India.
