The BMC is demolishing unauthorized extensions in Unit Nos. 1C, 3A, 4A, 3C, and 4C of Benefice Business House in Lower Parel.
The demolition work in Unit No. 1C started between September 16 and 19, and it has been completed. The work is currently in progress for the other units.
The BMC has informed residents and business owners about the demolition activities and taken necessary safety measures to protect the surrounding structures and the public. Alternative arrangements have also been provided for those affected by the demolition.
