Real Estate Mumbai:Tamannaah Bhatia, a renowned Bollywood actress, has recently made headlines with her luxurious property deals in Mumbai. According to documents accessed by Propstack, Bhatia has rented a commercial property in Mumbai's Juhu area for a whopping Rs 18 lakh per month. The 6065-sq-ft property is located in the Western Wind building on Juhu Tara Road and the deed was registered on June 27.

The documents show that the monthly rent will be escalated to Rs 20.16 lakh from the fourth year onwards and to Rs 20.96 lakh from the fifth year. The seller is Nanavati Construction, and Bhatia paid a security deposit of Rs 72 lakh for the transaction. The actress also paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.9 lakh during the registration.

In another transaction, documents accessed by Propstack show that Bhatia mortgaged three properties in Mumbai for Rs 7.84 crore. The properties, sprawling a total of 2595 sq ft, are located in Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West. The lender is Indian Bank, and the date of the mortgage is May 30. The stamp duty for the transaction is Rs 4.7 lakh.

Mumbai has recently seen several large-ticket real estate deals in the luxury real estate segment. On June 25, actor Aamir Khan acquired an apartment in Mumbai's Pali Hill for Rs 9.75 crore. On June 20, Amitabh Bachchan purchased three office units in the Veer Savarkar Signature building in Mumbai for around Rs 60 crore. These office spaces are located in the Signature Building, off Veera Desai Road in Andheri West area of Mumbai. Additionally, on June 3, actress Triptii Dimri, known for roles in films like Animal, Bulbbul, and Qala among others, bought a luxury property in Mumbai's Bandra West for Rs 14 crore.
