The triplex apartment, which occupies the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors of the building, offers a spacious carpet area of 9,527 square feet. The property was purchased at an impressive rate of Rs 1.62 lakh per square foot by Apco Infratech Private Limited, according to property registration documents.

Dilip Kumar, who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 98, had bought the Bandra West property in 1953 from Mohammad Latif for Rs 1.4 lakh and resided there for fifty years.
