Real Estate Mumbai:Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor have recently acquired a luxurious duplex apartment in Mumbai for a whopping Rs 59 crore. The 8,625 square feet home offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and comes with six exclusive parking spaces. The Bollywood couple moved into their new abode in 2022, leaving behind their Juhu home.

Interestingly, their old Juhu home has been rented out to actor Kartik Aaryan for three years. The 3,681 square feet house, located on the ground floor of Praneta Building in Juhu, was bought by Kapoor in 2014 for Rs 30 crore. Aaryan will pay a monthly rent of Rs 7.5 lakh in the first 12 months, Rs 8.02 lakh in the next 12 months, and Rs 8.58 lakh per month in the final year of the transaction.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are not the only celebrities who have invested in Mumbai's luxury real estate. Indian billionaire Radhakishan Damani's family members acquired 28 properties in Tower B of the skyscraper complex Three Sixty West in 2023, spending a staggering Rs 1,238 crore. Welspun Group chairman BK Goenka also owns a penthouse in the super-premium residential tower, which he purchased for Rs 240 crore. Moreover, Mavjibhai Patel, the Managing Director of diamond manufacturer Kiran Gems, bought a property on the 47th floor of the Three Sixty West complex for Rs 97 crore, gaining access to nine exclusive parking spaces.

Mumbai, being one of the most populous cities in India, has witnessed a surge in luxury real estate transactions in recent years. The city's prime locations, such as Juhu and Worli, have become hotspots for celebrities and business moguls to invest in luxurious properties.

Three Sixty West is a super-premium residential tower located in Mumbai. The complex offers luxurious sea-facing apartments with exclusive amenities and breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea.
