The value of the acquired office floor by Brookfield is ₹370.25 crore.
The acquisition took place under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) process and was overseen by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
Brookfield now occupies around 250,000 square feet across three contiguous floors in the Godrej BKC tower.
Brookfield also acquired exclusive parking rights and Jet Airways’ seat on the building’s management board, enhancing its influence on the building’s operations and strategic decisions.
Brookfield, along with a consortium, secured 8,411 square meters of land in BKC’s G Block with development potential of 33,647 square meters, valued at ₹1,302 crore.
