Casagrand Rewards 1,000 Employees with a Week-Long London Adventure
Casagrand, a Chennai-based real estate company, has announced that it will send 1,000 of its employees on a week-long, company-funded trip to London as part of its annual reward programme, known as the Profit Share Bonanza.
In its statement, the company said that this initiative has, over the years, enabled more than 6,000 members of staff to travel to destinations including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, Spain, and a range of other countries. The firm noted that these journeys have been described by many employees as experiences that altered their outlook and affirmed their sense of belonging within the organisation.
The scale of the gesture has increased each year, reflecting the company’s belief that its achievements are driven by its workforce and should therefore be celebrated with them “in the most significant ways possible.” Casagrand said that employees from its offices in India and Dubai would be brought together for the London trip, which has been planned to give them a chance to experience the city’s heritage and cultural landscape. According to company sources, the 1,000 staff members would travel in several groups.
The itinerary includes an audio-guided tour of Windsor Castle, time spent in the streets and markets of Camden, and a gala dinner at the InterContinental London. The company added that staff would also visit well-known sites such as St Paul’s Cathedral, London Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, and Trafalgar Square, followed by a visit to Madame Tussauds. The trip will conclude with a cruise on the River Thames, offering views of the city as the final element of the celebration.
Arun Mn, Founder and Managing Director of Casagrand, said, “Every year when we celebrate our people in this special way, it reinforces what Casagrand truly stands for. Our teams are the soul of this organisation, and seeing their happiness, the laughter, the tears of joy, the overwhelming emotions make all of us very proud and happy for the culture we all built in our organisation together.”
He continued, “We believe in sharing wealth, and it brings us immense joy to know that so many of our people are travelling abroad for the very first time in their lives, while many others are getting to experience this again. Watching all of us fulfilling our dreams, creating memories, and returning with a renewed sense of pride is one of the most rewarding parts of this tradition.”
The statement added that a dedicated team had spent months preparing the trip, working with major airlines and creating a set of experiences designed so that all participants, regardless of position or seniority, would travel together, stay together, and receive the same standards of hospitality throughout the journey.
Casagrand, founded in 2003, has more than two decades of experience and has completed over 160 developments covering more than 53 million square feet of residential space.
