The funds will be raised through either Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) or Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs).
The new real estate projects will be developed in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
CCHHL currently operates and manages 30 properties directly and another 30 through franchise agreements.
CCHHL has become debt-free by repaying Rs 600 crore in the first quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year.
