Mumbai: CREDAI-BANM has announced the 24th Navi Mumbai Property Expo 2025, which will be held at the CIDCO Exhibition Centre in Vashi from December 12 to 15. This annual event has been a significant platform for real estate developers and homebuyers for the past 24 years, representing over 300 leading developers in the region.

The theme of this year's expo, 'Navi Mumbai: Runway to the Future,' reflects the city's rapid transformation and the expo's pivotal role in shaping its next growth chapter. The 24th edition arrives at a pivotal time when Navi Mumbai is experiencing unprecedented growth. Major infrastructure breakthroughs have positioned the city as one of India’s most promising real estate destinations, turning it into a next-generation metropolis.

Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) Phase 1 is expected to be operational by December 2025, transforming regional and global connectivity. The Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL / Atal Setu), expected to be completed by May 2026, is already seamlessly linking Navi Mumbai to South Mumbai. The Navi Mumbai Metro is projected to see around 1 crore ridership in the next two years, unlocking new nodes and enhancing mobility efficiency. The Coastal Roads and Palm Beach Road upgrade, along with the Virar–Alibaug Multi-Modal Corridor, will integrate major MMR growth corridors.
