Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advises RMZ on Major Joint Venture with Signature Global

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) has advised RMZ, a prominent real estate developer based in Bengaluru, in setting up a 50:50 joint venture (JV) with Signature Global, a leading developer in Gurugram. The project, which is expected to cover approximately 3.94 million square feet of FSI (Floor Space Index), represents a significant real estate collaboration in the National Capital Region (NCR).

The transaction involves RMZ investing up to ₹1,283 crore in the development of a mixed-use project in Gurugram. This strategic partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to create a premier real estate development that will cater to the growing demand for commercial and residential spaces in the region.
