Registration for the scheme starts on September 11, 2025.
The booking process for the flats will start on September 22, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
Any Indian citizen aged 18 years or older can apply, provided they meet the eligibility criteria and their combined annual income does not exceed Rs 10 lakh.
A total of 1,172 affordable flats are being offered under the DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025.
