Real Estate Mumbai:DLF Limited, a leading real estate developer based in the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR), is gearing up to launch the first phase of its ambitious Mumbai project in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025 (FY25). This project, situated in Andheri (West), is a Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) venture and is being developed in collaboration with the Trident Group. DLF had announced its re-entry into the Mumbai property market with this project in July 2023.

Ashok Kumar Tyagi, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DLF Ltd, mentioned during an investors' call that the project approvals are at an advanced stage.
