Godrej Regal Pavilion, located in Rajendra Nagar, was launched in August 2025 and marks Godrej Properties' second successful launch in Hyderabad this year. Both projects have surpassed ₹1,000 crore in sales, highlighting the company's growing influence in the southern real estate market.

At the project launch, the company sold 683 homes with a total area of 1.20 million square feet.
