The estimated booking value of the new project in Ahmedabad is approximately Rs 1,300 crore, based on current business assumptions.
The land for the new residential project is located in Vastrapur, a premium residential locality in West Ahmedabad.
Vastrapur is well-served by top schools, healthcare facilities, and renowned landmarks such as IIM Ahmedabad, Vastrapur Lake Garden, the Sabarmati Riverfront Project, and Nexus Ahmedabad One Mall.
This acquisition will strengthen Godrej Properties' presence in Ahmedabad and complement their strategy of deepening their footprint in key micro-markets across leading cities in India.
