Godrej Properties has acquired three adjoining plots in Kharghar, spanning a total of 6.54 acres.
The new project in Kharghar is expected to have an estimated revenue potential of 3,500 INR-Crore.
The plots are located in the prime Sector 5-A of Kharghar, which is known for its excellent connectivity and infrastructural development.
Between July and September, Godrej Properties acquired six new land parcels, aiming to deliver housing projects worth an estimated 9,650 INR-Crore.
The acquired plots in Kharghar offer a development potential of around 2 million square feet.
