Real Estate Mumbai:NEW DELHI: Godrej Properties (GPL) has announced the acquisition of a 14-acre land parcel in Kharadi - Wagholi, Pune. This strategic move is aimed at expanding the company's footprint in one of the most sought-after micro-markets in Pune. The development on this land will primarily consist of premium group housing, with a developable potential of 3.7 million sq ft and an estimated revenue potential of ₹4,200 crore.

Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director & CEO of Godrej Properties, expressed his enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, 'Kharadi - Wagholi is one of the most sought-after destinations in Pune, and we are happy to mark our entry into this micro-market.' The company has a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects in key markets across India, and this new acquisition is expected to further strengthen its position.

Godrej Properties' booking value in Q4 FY25 grew by 7% year-on-year to ₹10,163 crore. This growth was achieved through the sale of 3,703 homes with a total area of 7.52 million sq ft. For the full financial year, GPL's booking value stood at ₹29,444 crore, representing a year-on-year growth of 31% and guidance achievement of 109%. This success was achieved through the sale of 25.73 million sq ft of area, a volume growth of 29%.

NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore contributed significantly to the booking value for the financial year 2024-25, with ₹10,523 crore, ₹8,034 crore, and ₹5,089 crore, respectively. Customer collections in the fourth quarter stood at ₹6,961 crore, representing a year-on-year growth of 48%. For FY25, collections stood at ₹17,047 crore, representing a year-on-year growth of 49%.

Looking ahead, Godrej Properties plans to grow residential bookings to over ₹32,500 crore in FY26, a 20% growth over its FY25 guidance. This ambitious target will be achieved through the launch of over ₹40,000 crore of inventory combined with sales. The company is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for premium housing in key markets like Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
