Godrej Vanantara: 1,000+ Homes Sold in a Week on Bannerghatta Road
The Godrej Properties’ Vanantara Project, situated at Hommadevanahalli, is spread across 36 acres and is one of the largest residential developments in Southern India. This project offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes within a forest-themed and low-density planned residential township.
The project specifications of Godrej Vanantara are impressive. It is a premium residential township located at Hommadevanahalli, approximately 1.5 km from Bannerghatta Main Road. The total land area spans about 36 acres, with a total developable area potential of 3.53 million sq ft. The estimated revenue potential is ₹3,700 crore. The project was launched in the first week of June 2026.
The development includes 16 towers, labeled from A to R, grouped across 5 residential buildings. The towers generally rise from the 3rd to the 30th floor, with a few select towers (K and L) reaching up to the 32nd floor.
The master plan features a large central lake, walking trails, gardens, and dedicated sports areas. The residential blocks are arranged around shared green spaces, creating a serene and community-oriented living environment.
In the launch week, more than 1,000 homes were sold, with sales worth over ₹2,000 crore reported by the company in a regulatory filing. The total area sold covers more than 1.8 million sq ft. The average property price in the Bannerghatta Road region is ₹15,782 per sq ft as of June 2026, experiencing a 23.48% year-on-year price appreciation, according to Housing.com. In the March quarter of 2026, Godrej Properties reported a 73% increase in consolidated profit at ₹650 crore, compared to ₹376 crore in the same period the previous year.
The ₹2,000 crore in sales within a week of launch has made the Godrej Properties’ Vanantara a closely watched project. With the inclusion of 16 towers designed for 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes, and the master-plan surrounded by a central lake and greenery, this project sets a strong benchmark for South Bengaluru’s real estate market.
