Hiranandani Sands is India’s largest coastal destination township, launched by Hiranandani Communities in Alibaug, Maharashtra. It spans 225 acres and is designed to offer luxury living with world-class amenities.
Key features include luxury homes, signature villas, plotted developments, branded serviced apartments, a personal beachfront, private jetty access, five hotels, a mega convention center, an eco-wellness hub, and a global-style yacht club.
Hiranandani Sands is estimated to generate a revenue of Rs 17,000 crore.
The first phase of Hiranandani Sands covers 3.3 lakh sq. ft. and includes three residential towers with 330 units. All units were sold out at launch, generating Rs 450 crore in sales revenue.
Key infrastructure projects include the extension of the Ro-Ro ferry, the proposed Radio Club Jetty, the Karanje–Rewas Sea Bridge, the Virar–Alibaug Multimodal Corridor, Atal Setu, and the Navi Mumbai International Airport.
