Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan Invest ₹28 Crore in Mumbai's Commercial Real Estate
Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, his father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, and his mother, Pramila Roshan, have made a substantial investment in Mumbai's commercial real estate. They have purchased 10 office units in Andheri West for a whopping ₹28 crore. The commercial spaces are located on the third and fourth floors of Yura Business Park, a premium development in the Andheri West-Juhu belt.
Five of the 10 office units were bought through HRX Digitech LLP, where Hrithik and Rakesh are named partners. The other five units were acquired by Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd, where Hrithik and his mother, Pramila, serve as directors. Together, these units cover a total area of 6,968 square feet, with each unit measuring between 769 square feet and 852 square feet.
This new purchase adds to the Roshan family's recent string of real estate investments in Mumbai's commercial market. On November 19, Rakesh and Pramila acquired five commercial office units in Andheri for ₹19.68 crore. Just five days later, Hrithik's sister, Sunaina Rakesh Roshan, bought two office units in Andheri East for ₹6.42 crore. With these deals, the family has collectively acquired 17 office units in just over a week, as reported by News18 ShowSha.
The recent purchase aligns with previous reports that suggested the family's investment in Yura, a Grade A commercial complex offering premium workspaces with excellent metro and road connectivity. The property was sold by Yura Business Park Pvt Ltd, part of the Pecan-Transcon group. This acquisition further cements the family's growing footprint in Mumbai's commercial real estate sector. Meanwhile, on the work front, Hrithik Roshan was last seen in War 2.
