Hrithik Roshan and Family Acquire 10 Office Units in Mumbai's Andheri West for Rs 28 Crore
Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, along with his father Rakesh Roshan’s HRX Digitech LLP and his mother Pramila Roshan’s Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd, has made a significant real estate investment by purchasing 10 office units in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a combined Rs 28 crore.
The commercial spaces are located on the third and fourth floors of Yura Business Park, a premium commercial development in the Andheri West–Juhu belt. Five of the units were purchased through HRX Digitech LLP, where Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan are designated partners, and the remaining five were bought by Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd, where Hrithik Roshan and his mother Pramila Roshan serve as directors.
Together, the 10 office units span 6,968 sq ft of RERA carpet area, with individual units sized between 769 sq ft and 852 sq ft. The seller of the units is Yura Business Park Pvt Ltd, part of the Pecan–Transcon group. The property aligns with previous reporting that the actor invested in Yura, described as a Grade A commercial complex offering premium workspaces with strong metro and road connectivity.
The latest purchase adds to a series of recent real estate acquisitions by the Roshan family in Mumbai’s commercial property market. On November 19, 2025, Rakesh Roshan and his wife Pramila (Pinkie) Roshan purchased five commercial office units in Mumbai’s Andheri area for Rs 19.68 crore. On November 24, 2025, Hrithik Roshan’s sister Sunaina Rakesh Roshan bought two office units in Andheri East for Rs 6.42 crore. With these deals, the Roshan family has collectively purchased 17 office units in the Andheri- Juhu belt within just over a week.
The Roshan family’s investment in the commercial real estate market underscores their confidence in Mumbai's growing commercial sector.
