Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan's company, HRX Digitech LLP, recently purchased three office units in the Boomerang building in Chandivali, Andheri East, for Rs 31 crore.
The newly purchased office units cover a total carpet area of 13,546 sq ft.
The deal was registered on July 9, 2025.
In September 2024, HRX Digitech LLP purchased five office units on the fifth floor of the Boomerang building for Rs 37.75 crore, covering 17,389 sq ft of carpet area.
Andheri is a popular choice for real estate investments due to its strategic location, excellent connectivity via major roads and the metro, and its proximity to key business and entertainment districts in Mumbai.
