Hrithik Roshan Expands Real Estate Empire with Rs 28 Crore Purchase in Mumbai
Days after Hrithik Roshan’s parents and sister acquired commercial properties worth Rs 27 crore in Andheri West, the Bollywood star has made another significant real estate investment. Hrithik has purchased approximately 7,000 sq ft of office space spread across two floors.
According to registration documents accessed by Propstack, the actor has bought 10 office units in Mumbai’s Andheri West for Rs 28 crore. These units, situated on the third and fourth floors of Yura Business Park, each range from 769 sq ft to 852 sq ft in carpet area. The seller of the units is Yura Business Park Pvt Ltd, associated with Pecan and Transcon. All ten transactions were registered on November 27.
As per the documents, five units were purchased by HRX LLP, where Hrithik and his father Rakesh Roshan are designated partners. The remaining five units were acquired by Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd, where Hrithik and his mother Pinkie Roshan serve as directors.
Strategically located near the bustling Juhu Circle, Yura Business Park is a high-end mixed-use commercial development offering bespoke workspaces tailored for modern businesses. The site lies roughly midway between the residences of Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan, making it a convenient and practical choice for their office operations.
This purchase follows a similar property spree by the actor’s family just days earlier. Hrithik’s parents, Rakesh and Pinky Roshan, bought five commercial office units for Rs 19.68 crore, while his sister Sunaina Roshan acquired two units for Rs 6.42 crore—all in the same Andheri West locality.
According to the Hurun India Rich List 2025, Hrithik Roshan ranks as the third-richest Bollywood actor, following Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla, with an impressive net worth of Rs 2,200 crore. His wealth comes primarily from his HRX fitness brand, along with his film earnings and production ventures.
