IHCL Expands Luxury Portfolio with Tree of Life Resort in Panheli, Raigad
Nestled amidst the majestic Sahyadri hills, the Tree of Life AeroVillage Panheli is the latest addition to Indian Hotels Company (IHCL)'s expanding luxury portfolio. This conversion project is set to be a unique and exclusive destination, featuring a private airstrip that allows guests to arrive via a 30-minute chartered flight from Mumbai or Pune.
The resort comprises 28 elegantly designed guest rooms and suites, each offering a blend of modern luxury and natural beauty. Guests can enjoy an all-day dining restaurant and bar, where the perennial river stream that flows through the property sets the stage for curated riverside dining experiences.
With a banqueting space of over 5,000 sq. ft., the resort is well-suited for intimate gatherings and celebrations. The recreational offerings are extensive, including nature treks and trails through the Sahyadris, a 9-hole golf course, a 20-seater private theatre, and a multi-sport stadium catering to cricket, football, and pickleball.
