IHCL Expands with New 125-Key Ginger Hotel in Satara, Maharashtra
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a 125-key greenfield Ginger hotel in Satara, Maharashtra, marking a strategic expansion of its brandscape.
Satara's convergence of education, healthcare, and business attracts a steady stream of demand, making it an ideal fit for Ginger's expansion. “This signing is in line with IHCL's approach to expanding its brandscape into such high-potential markets. We are delighted to partner with Vedantika Raje Bhonsle for this project,” said Suma Venkatesh, IHCL Executive Vice President - Real Estate and Development.
With this addition, IHCL’s presence in Maharashtra will grow to 43 hotels, including 16 under development, further strengthening its footprint in the state.
