IHCL Expands Presence with Taj Hotel and Branded Residences in Noida
Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has announced the signing of a new Taj hotel and Taj branded residences in Noida. This greenfield development, under a management contract, will integrate luxury residences with the hotel complex, creating a landmark destination along the Noida Greater Noida Expressway.
The property will feature 150 guest rooms and 74 Taj branded luxury residences. Guests will have access to an all-day dining restaurant, two specialty restaurants, a bar, a ballroom of over 8,000 sq. ft., pre-function areas, and versatile meeting rooms. Recreational facilities will include a swimming pool, gym, health club, and Taj’s signature J Wellness Circle.
Taj branded residences will redefine luxury living, offering expansive 7,500 sq. ft. homes with exclusive access to a Residents’ Club, featuring terraced gardens, a play area, a lounge, sports facilities, and an infinity pool.
