Navi Mumbai-based J Prime Buildcon made a strong impression on the global stage with its participation in the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026 at Davos, highlighting Maharashtra’s real estate and urban development prospects. Managing Director Avinash Jagdale engaged with international investors, presenting planned development opportunities across Navi Mumbai, Panvel, NAINA, and the broader Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
J Prime Buildcon has delivered over 850 homes to date and aims to provide housing for more than 6,000 people in the next four years. The company is ranked among Navi Mumbai’s top three developers in terms of land bank holdings, owning one of the largest reserves in the region. Jagdale said the upcoming projects are expected to generate 3,000–4,000 direct and indirect jobs, reflecting the company’s long-term commitment to Maharashtra’s industrial and social development. Global investors expressed confidence in the state’s urban planning, logistics connectivity, and sustainable growth.
At the forum, J Prime Buildcon held detailed discussions with several international industry groups on investment and technical collaborations, with formal agreements expected soon. These initiatives are projected to create 10–12 lakh direct jobs and at least double that in indirect employment. Sectors such as energy, green energy, logistics, IT, manufacturing, steel, and real estate are set to drive a new phase of employment and economic growth across Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Raigad, NAINA, and the MMR.
The company’s focus on sustainable and inclusive growth is evident in its commitment to green building practices and community development. J Prime Buildcon is also exploring partnerships in smart city projects, which aim to integrate advanced technologies to enhance the quality of life for residents. The company’s strategic location in the heart of the MMR makes it a key player in the region’s rapid urbanization and economic transformation.
Jagdale emphasized that the company’s success is not only measured by the number of homes built but also by the positive impact on the local economy and the well-being of the community. With a strong emphasis on innovation and sustainability, J Prime Buildcon is poised to continue its leading role in shaping the future of Navi Mumbai and the broader MMR.
