This ready-to-move-in property boasts an approximate area of 111.43 square meters (1199.42 square feet). The transaction, which was completed on Tuesday, July 2, included a stamp duty of INR 46.02 lakh and a registration fee of INR 30,000.

The property is situated in the Sagar Samrat Building in Juhu, a prime location known for its luxurious living and natural beauty.
