Real Estate Mumbai:Veteran Bollywood actor Jeetendra and his family members have recently sold a land parcel in Mumbai's Andheri region for Rs 855 crore. According to The Indian Express, Mint, and the property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the transaction was registered through Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited, two companies owned by Jeetendra and his family, in May 2025.

The report states that the property has been purchased by NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited, previously known as Netmagic IT Services. The company provides a wide array of services globally, including data management, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, threat monitoring, application development, and testing services.

Currently, the land parcel houses the Balaji IT Park, including three buildings with a total built-up area of around 4.9 lakh square feet, spanning across two adjoining plots of about 2.39 acres. According to MoneyControl, the market value of this land parcel is around Rs 730 crore.

The deal incurred a stamp duty of Rs 8.69 crore and registration fees of Rs 30,000 to complete the transaction, according to the property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.

Jeetendra, a renowned name in the Indian film industry, has featured in over 200 films. Currently, he is the founder, promoter, and non-executive chairman of Balaji Telefilms, a production company known for producing TV shows.

Other Bollywood celebrities who sold properties in 2025

Earlier this year, Amitabh Bachchan sold a duplex apartment, located in Mumbai's Andheri area, for Rs 83 crore. Notably, the property was previously rented out to actress Kriti Sanon.

In March 2025, Priyanka Chopra sold four apartments in Mumbai for a total of Rs 16.17 crore, reports The Economic Times. These properties were located on the 18th and 19th floors of Oberoi Sky Gardens, Andheri.

Sonakshi Sinha sold her 4,200-square-foot property for Rs 22.50 crore earlier this year. According to an Indian Express report, she made a profit of over 60 per cent from the real estate transaction.

Akshay Kumar has earned over Rs 100 crore through the sale of multiple real estate properties in 2025, including a premium property located on the 39th floor of Oberoi Realty's Three Sixty West, Worli.
