The land parcel was purchased by NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited, previously known as Netmagic IT Services.
The market value of the land parcel is around Rs 730 crore.
The land parcel currently houses the Balaji IT Park, including three buildings with a total built-up area of around 4.9 lakh square feet.
The deal incurred a stamp duty of Rs 8.69 crore and registration fees of Rs 30,000.
