NTT Global Data Centers paid Rs 855 crore for the land parcels and buildings in Andheri, Mumbai.
The land sold by Jeetendra and his family spans a total area of 9,664.68 square metres.
The site currently houses Balaji IT Park and includes three constructed buildings with a cumulative built-up area of 45,572.14 square metres.
The deal was done through Pantheon Buildcon and Tusshar Infra Developers, firms owned by Jeetendra and his family members.
