The buyer is NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd., formerly known as Netmagic IT Services.
The land parcel totals approximately 9,664.68 square meters (or around 2.39 acres).
The site currently houses the Balaji IT Park, which comprises three commercial buildings with a cumulative built-up area of nearly 4.9 lakh square feet.
