The primary role of the Adjudicating Officer is to ensure compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). This includes monitoring real estate projects, resolving disputes between buyers and developers, and providing legal guidance to JhRERA.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. A Master's degree in Law (LLM) or a specialization in real estate law is preferred.
At least 5 years of professional experience in real estate law, regulatory affairs, or a related field is required. Experience in dispute resolution and legal advocacy is highly desirable.
