Kartik Aaryan Buys Lavish Office Space in Andheri After Alibaug Land
Real Estate Mumbai:Just 20 days after purchasing his first plot in Alibaug for Rs 2 crore, actor Kartik Aaryan has made another huge real estate investment worth Rs 13 crore: an office space in Mumbai's Andheri district. According to property registration papers reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, the transaction took place in September 2025.

The office is housed in Signature by Lotus, a well-known commercial complex in Andheri West. According to IGR records, the property has an RERA carpet area of 1,905 sq ft and a built-up area of 2,095 sq ft. The purchase also includes three parking spots. Kartik was reportedly charged Rs 78 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees.

Andheri West remains one of Mumbai's most popular real estate areas, attracting both business and residential buyers. It is conveniently located near the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and has great road, rail, and metro connectivity. Its proximity to key business hubs like Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), SEEPZ, and Lower Parel makes it an advantageous alternative for both enterprises and professionals.

Just three weeks ago, Kartik Aaryan made headlines for purchasing his first land lot at Chateau de Alibaug, a seaside development by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). The star bought a 2,000-square-foot site for Rs 2 crore.

Kartik stated in a statement regarding the investment: “Alibaug has become one of the most attractive destinations to invest in today, close to Mumbai, and I intend to build my own home there. This is my first time investing in land, and I put my whole trust in The House of Abhinandan Lodha. I'm glad I made this investment.”

The Alibaug location has become a popular real estate destination for Bollywood celebs. Amitabh Bachchan owns a 10,000-square-foot plot worth Rs 10 crore, and Kriti Sanon, like Kartik, owns a 2,000-square-foot tract in the same location.

In addition to his latest purchases, Kartik Aaryan has a 1,912 square foot apartment in the Siddhi Vinayak Building at the Presidency Co-operative Housing Society in Juhu. He reportedly rented out the home in 2024 for Rs 4.5 lakh per month. This was one of two houses he bought in the area in 2023, each at Rs 17.5 crore, according to real estate analytics website IndexTap.

According to the Economic Times, Kartik's real estate portfolio comprises two flats in Juhu, one each in Versova and Andheri, a 2,000-square-foot office space in Veera Desai, and property in Alibaug.

His real estate experience began in 2019 when he purchased his first apartment in Versova, the same neighborhood where he had previously resided as a paying guest during his early years in Mumbai.

Kartik Aaryan has emerged as one of the most commercially viable Bollywood stars in the post-pandemic era. His films Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Satyaprem Ki Katha were box office triumphs, grossing Rs 265 crore and Rs 119 crore, respectively.
