Chateau de Alibaug is a coastal development managed by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). It offers a range of amenities and luxurious living options, including Garden Châteaux and Terrace Châteaux, designed to provide a coastal lifestyle experience.
Alibaug is popular due to its proximity to Mumbai, scenic coastal environment, and the combination of privacy, luxury, and convenience it offers. The completion of the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) has further enhanced connectivity, making it more accessible.
Prior to the Alibaug land acquisition, Kartik Aaryan purchased an apartment in Mumbai for ₹17.5 crore in 2023 and rented out a 1,912 sq. ft. apartment in Juhu for ₹4.5 lakh per month in 2024.
