Keystone Realtors: Revitalizing Mumbai with Rs 1,775 Crore Redevelopment Project

Keystone Realtors Ltd, a prominent real estate developer based in Mumbai, has announced a significant redevelopment project that is expected to generate a revenue of Rs 1,775 crore. The project, located in Andheri (East), Mumbai, will involve the rehousing of 637 existing members across eight housing societies and will unlock a substantial free sale potential of about 5 lakh sq ft of RERA carpet area.

The redevelopment project is part of Keystone Realtors' strategic focus on large society redevelopment, which has been a key area of growth for the company. In a regulatory filing, the company stated that it has been appointed as the developer for the large society redevelopment project of Om Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Federation Limited.

The project will be executed on a total land parcel of 20,569.90 square metres in Andheri (East). The redevelopment will not only provide better living conditions for the existing residents but will also create a significant free sale area, contributing to the company's revenue goals.

Boman Irani, the CMD of Keystone Realtors, highlighted the company's increasing focus on large society redevelopment. He stated, 'This project further enhances our presence in a strategically important suburban market and aligns with our vision to deliver high-quality living spaces while driving sustainable growth.'

Keystone Realtors operates under the 'Rustomjee' brand and has a substantial portfolio of projects spanning the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The company has completed 38 projects, has 20 ongoing projects, and is planning 24 forthcoming projects. This new redevelopment initiative is expected to further solidify Keystone Realtors' position in the real estate market.

The Gross Development Value (GDV) of the project is estimated at Rs 1,775 crore, reflecting the company's strong market presence and its ability to undertake large-scale projects.
