The Executive Programme in Corporate and Strategic Finance by IIM Mumbai is tailored to strengthen the ability of working professionals to link financial insights with business strategy and leadership decision-making. Building on the strong response to the first batch, IIM Mumbai has launched Batch 2 of this programme. The first batch saw participation from professionals with over 12 years of work experience, representing senior roles across finance, consulting, auditing, operations, entrepreneurship, and leadership positions.
Participants in the earlier batch came from diverse functional areas, including finance, accounting, auditing, market risk, due diligence, corporate compliance, sales and marketing, account management, and technology-driven roles. The programme also attracted professionals from a wide range of industries such as financial services, information technology, consulting and professional services, real estate and construction, manufacturing and engineering, and education. This diversity enabled rich peer learning and cross-industry perspectives.
The programme curriculum focuses on core areas such as corporate finance, strategic financial planning, valuation, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and governance.
