This is the best-ever Q1 pre-sales performance for the company.

Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors sells properties under the Rustomjee brand. In a regulatory filing, the company informed that it has achieved pre-sales of Rs 1,068 crore in the first quarter of 2025-26, compared to Rs 611 crore in the same period last year. The collection of funds from customers also saw a 19 percent increase, rising to Rs 575 crore from Rs 485 crore.

Keystone Realtors launched three projects in the first quarter, with a saleable area of 0.91 million square feet and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 4,000 crore. Under new business development, the company secured three housing society redevelopment projects during the June quarter, which is expected to generate revenue of Rs 7,727 crore.

The company stated, “We added three projects in Q1, FY26, with a saleable area of 3.25 million square feet and an estimated GDV of Rs 77.27 billion.
