Keystone Realtors Surges 25% Closer to Annual Pre-Sales Target in Q1
Real Estate Mumbai:Mumbai-based real estate developer Keystone Realtors, which operates across various housing segments, has announced a strong start to the fiscal year, achieving more than 25% of its annual pre-sales guidance in the first quarter. This significant milestone was reached despite Q1 traditionally being the slowest period for the real estate sector.

Chairman and Managing Director Boman Rustom Irani expressed confidence in the company's continued dominance as a preferred developer in redevelopment projects. “We’ve already locked in projects worth over ₹7,700 crore against our full-year guidance of ₹6,000 crore,” he stated. The April-June quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (FY26) saw the launch of projects worth nearly ₹4,000 crore, further solidifying the company’s position in the market.

Keystone Realtors remains largely focused on the Mumbai and MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) markets. “We will stay so for a very long time… we understand the pulse of this market,” Irani emphasized. The company plans to launch its ₹1,000-crore Gross Development Value (GDV) project in Nagpur this year or in early 2026-27 (FY27), marking a small-scale entry into the city with an investment of about ₹22 crore.

Commenting on market trends, Irani noted that sales remain robust across developers, driven by the development of new commercial buildings and office spaces. Prices have been stable, unlike some other regions, and he sees no signs of a slowdown. “I don’t think we are anywhere near a worrisome situation,” he added. This stability is a testament to the resilience of the real estate market in Mumbai and MMR.

Irani also highlighted Keystone’s expertise in redevelopment projects, emphasizing the company’s ability to manage the process end-to-end without external agents. “We’ve completed homes for more than 2,000 families in the redevelopment space,” he said. This track record of direct engagement with societies helps secure projects and maintain delivery commitments, further reinforcing Keystone Realtors’ reputation in the industry.

The current market capitalization of Keystone Realtors stands at ₹7,413.07 crore, reflecting the company’s strong financial health and market position. Keystone Realtors continues to focus on leveraging its deep market understanding and redevelopment expertise to drive growth and deliver value to its stakeholders.

In conclusion, Keystone Realtors’ strong performance in Q1, combined with its strategic focus and market insights, positions the company well to achieve its annual targets and maintain its leadership in the real estate sector.
