Real Estate Mumbai:Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. (KPDL), a prominent real estate developer based in Pune with a significant presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru, has reported remarkable achievements for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024. The company recorded its highest-ever quarterly sales value of Rs. 770 crores, marking a significant milestone in its growth trajectory. Approximately 30% of this sales volume came from the 24K segment.

In Q2FY25, KPDL achieved sales volumes of 1.03 million square feet, showcasing its strong market presence. A notable contributor to this success was the flagship project, Life Republic (LR), which alone registered sales volumes of 0.57 million square feet.

The average realizations for the quarter improved by 16% year-over-year (YoY), reaching Rs. 7,472 per square foot. This increase was largely driven by premium projects at Life Republic and 24K projects in Baner, Pimple Nilakh, and LR. The company’s collections for Q2FY25 stood at a robust Rs. 550 crores, and total collections for H1FY25 reached a new high of Rs. 1,162 crores. These figures were driven by consistent and timely execution of projects and strong sales performance.

CRISIL recently upgraded KPDL’s long-term rating to CRISIL AA-/Stable and the short-term rating to CRISIL A1+, underscoring the company’s financial strength and commitment to disciplined growth.
